Amenities
CAR PARKING: Ample space for parking up to four cars on the premises.

WiFi: Guest WiFi available throughout the property. The WiFi is provided via a 5G phone link. The last time we checked it, we were getting speeds of 100Mbps download and 20Mbps upload (speeds may vary depending on weather and season).

MUSIC: Three Sonos ERA 100 speakers around the property. You can access these either via Bluetooth for streaming your music or you can downloand the Sonos App for full control.

WOOD BURNING STOVES: There is a dual facing wood burning stove between the piano room and the main living room/TV room for your convenience. There is also a small wood burner in the dining room. A complimentary basket of wood is included. More can be purchased from the post office store in St Lawrence.

PETS: You may bring up to two well behaved dogs. For hygiene purposes and out of respect for allergy sufferers, dogs are not allowed upstairs. A stair gate is fitted to assist in this. You will need to cover any damage caused by your dog. We recommend using a lead for dogs outside, as the perimeter is not secure and the farmer often grazes cattle in the adjacent field.

SMART TV:There is a large smart TV above the fireplace in the living room. You can use this to log into your Netflix, AppleTV, BBC iPlayer and other smart services, as well as watch UK terrestrial TV.

PIANO: Guest have access to a Yamaha baby grand, electric piano (Yamaha CLP865GP).

SAFETY: The property has a linked-alarm smoke and carbon monoxide detection system for guests security and peace of mind. There are smoke alarms in all bedrooms and living rooms. There are carbon monoxide alarms and a heat alarm in the kitchen. There is also a fire extinguisher and fire blanket in the kitchen.


Bathrooms & Practicalities
FAMILY BATHROOM: The main family bathroom has a bath, separate shower, toilet and sink.
EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM: There is an en-suite shower room off the master bedroom (pictured), complete with toilet, sink, storage and heated radiator.
DOWNSTAIRS TOILET: There is a downstairs WC with a sink and toilet.

OVEN & HOB: The stove has an induction hob, and two ovens, a main one, and a second smaller one which can also be used as a grill.

FRIDGE FREEZER: There is a fridge freezer (pictured) as well as a separate fridge in the utility room (not shown).

DISHWASHER: Detergent is provided.

WASHER DRYER: The washing machine has a built-in dryer. Detergent is provided.
